    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister may not know that the Kenya Sugar Board has bought equipment to maintain roads in that place. It is shocking that, over and above the equipment that they have put in that zone, they have allocated an amount of Kshs139 million. But, despite that, the condition of that road is very bad. The weight of the tractors that travel on those roads is the cause of the damage. What is the Assistant Minister going to do? I request him to send someone on the ground. What is he doing to make sure that the Kshs139 million is put to good use?"
