He proposes that the Bill should not just address lifestyle audit, but the issue of wealth declaration so that we tighten it, make it practical and remove the anonymity that goes with it. I believe that in his report, the recommendations will be there. I had earlier offered to hand over the report to you, so that you can see what people in the intellectual community have to say around this issue."
