    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister because she has, at least, been giving us information on what is going on; how the money is being disbursed and how payments are being made. Since we are in the era of reforms, devolution, decentralisation and so on, could she consider working very seriously with Treasury, so that she could have more funding for this Ministry, particularly at the grassroots-level, so that the officers can have the capacity to address the problems we are raising about lack of awareness and lack of supervision on what the intermediaries are doing, rather than waiting for this question to arise every now and then? That way, the Ministry can be fully established in the constituencies or districts."
