You are misleading the House when you talk about it as being the third largest. You must be closer to the ODM, with about 90 Members, to say you are the third largest. You are just one MP off from being declared not compliant with the 5 per cent. So, do not say that the WDM-K is the third largest party in Kenya. It is wrong. Just say it is at the bottom and you have just survived to comply."
