My understanding since we started this electronic process is that you use the intervention button when you want to contribute when we are in the Committee of the whole House. So, it will appear that Hon. Otiende wants to contribute and he is not on a point of order if he has pressed the intervention button. So, I think we have gone back. Let us go back to the old system if we do it that way. Unfortunately, you had to outshout others.
