    "content": "The technical issues are in terms of apportionment. They were talking about the National Assembly only yet we have the Senate and also the fact that we depend on the number of votes garnered in the preceding election. Lastly, I have also noticed that the political parties which were supposed to benefit from this amendment are not even represented here. They are not here. So, I withdraw my amendment."
