"content": "understand is that there are structural and situational contexts that political parties need to be aware of. They range from age, disability and minorities to geographical location. I oppose this amendment and encourage us, as we debate, that we need to have more sense and agreement on what we are calling special interest groups and marginalised groups. Political parties that have small number of members are not marginalised. They just need to work on their ideology. Political parties do not need to be given money to talk about their ideology. They need to define it and sell it. They can sell it to women, men, persons with disabilities and to others. I oppose the amendment."
