    "content": " On this one, the Chair has seen the light of the day. You know this fund belongs to political parties. There is no fund for special groups and nominated MPs. The fund is supposed to be a kitty for political parties, then political parties will find a way of doing civic education within their parties to entice special groups and their interests. So, I am happy we are not micromanaging political parties. I support the deletion."
