Temporary Deputy Chairman, reading the amendment that was dropped or was lost, the one proposed by the Committee says that we drop paragraph (b) and substitute it with a new paragraph. Therefore, essentially, what have we done? We have deleted. The amendment calling for the deletion has been lost by having voted to reject the (b) that had been proposed by Mheshimiwa Kioni in respect of Clause 18. I suppose that is where we are."
