    "content": "Therefore, I urge Hon. Kioni that it cannot be too much to expect parties to put in some funds to promote women, persons with disabilities and minorities within their parties. If that was not the case, look at this House, how many women have come here through single constituencies? How many people have come here as persons with disabilities? That is our reality and we must deal with it. As of now, the representation of special interest groups is still very low and very poor. We need to take measures and these are such measures. This is only about media coverage. Even the parties can decide that our media coverage is on the website that we are talking about."
