"content": "The Financial Year 2016/2017 Report has seven chapters while the Financial year 2017/2018 Report has 10 chapters. Since Members will have a chance to refer to the reports, the chapters contained in both reports are the following: 1. Leadership and Management. 2. Access to Justice in the Courts. 3. Access to Justice in the Tribunals. 4. Jurisprudence. 5. Human Resource Management and Development. 6. Finance. 7. Infrastructure. 8. State of the Agencies and Corporations in the Judicial Sector. All these are covered in the two reports. However, there are two areas that are not captured in the Financial Year 2016/2017 Report, which are contained in the Financial Year 2017/2018 Report, namely, the Digital Strategy of the Judiciary and the Judiciary Training Institute. That is the only distinction between the two reports. In the interest of time, allow me to focus on two or three areas of the Report. As I said, there are seven chapters in the Financial Year 2016/2017 Annual Report and 10 chapters in the 2017/2108 Report of the Judiciary. I will focus on the area of access to justice. The 2010 The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only. Acertified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
