    "content": " It is “Murugara”. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Before I second, I have just spoken for the first time this afternoon. I just wish to take one minute to condole with the people of Msambweni for the loss of their Member of Parliament, the late Hon. Suleiman Dori. On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Tharaka Constituency, Tharaka Nithi County, I relay my sincere condolences to the family and to the people of Msambweni, Kwale County. Allow me to second that this House notes the two Reports of the State of the Judiciary and the Administration of Justice and also adopts the two Reports of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. These two Reports are a first of a kind because the Judiciary has not been tabling these Reports to Parliament.
