I support that the House notes the two reports of the State of the Judiciary and Administration of Justice of the financial years 201617 and 2017/2018. I want to thank the Mover and the Member for Tharaka, especially on emphasising the need for separation of powers that ensures that the three arms of Government not only support each other, but also oversee each other.
