I would like to know from the Assistant Minister why this programme was not expanded to all arid and semi arid areas, including Keiyo because 80 percent of Keiyo is semi-arid. He said that they are relying on the Ministry of Agriculture but they ought to revisit all the areas and inform the Ministry of Agriculture to advice them further."
