    "content": "I do not see much difference between the national KMTC and the Fisheries. Last time, we went there to launch a policy for our Ministry and we visited all those areas and saw the priority was the KMTC which was lacking those facilities. They made the request and we gave them. For this other one, we will give them a consideration next time when we get the funding in the next budget."
