I have taken consideration of the fact that the Senator was around but had just stepped out. That is Sen. Farhiya who normally stays for long hours in this Chamber most of the time. Therefore, I direct that we call out again Order No.15 for purposes of--- Sen. Mugo had also been cut out by the directive but she wanted to say something. I will allow Sen. Mugo to make some remarks and then after that the Mover will give her reply. Let us call out the Order first."
