As much as I appreciate the response given by the Leader of the Majority Party and the Chairman of the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations, the Chairman said that they need more time. There is no time limit that he has asked for. He said next week and the situation is not as lightly put. This morning, Barwaqo Boys Secondary School is closed because of invasion of people from Somalia. I, therefore, want this House to understand the weight of this matter. The matter is being handled in a casual manner that the lives of Kenyans are at risk. Through your guidance, the Ministry has generals and a Principal Secretary. I do not believe the Chairman of the Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations could say that the Ministry needs more time without giving a timeframe within which the Question is to be responded to."
