    "content": "I want to talk about one issue which overrides an observation I have made concerning these laws. This is the idea of replacing physical documents with electronic signatures. The ability to transact business across borders and without being physically present or physically near is good. We have the coronavirus that is becoming a real bother. Obviously, we need to move away from doing things the old way of carrying papers and files all over the place. We can communicate with each other electronically because the world has become a global village. It has become smaller and a place where we can communicate and do great things without being near each other."
