    "content": "These laws will provide qualitative indicators of regulation for starting or doing business in Kenya. His Excellency the President has been saying, “Buy Kenya, Build Kenya.” For us as a nation to grow in business we must encourage local investors to do business in a level that can enable them to compete with other international investors. The reason we have this law is so that we can protect minority investors who are upcoming entrepreneurs in this country. And that is why we are saying this law must protect the minority investors so that they too can be encouraged to do business in this country."
