    "content": "First, I appreciate this system of handling omnibus amendments as opposed to what we are used to - the Statutes Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act which sometimes contains so many amendments to unconnected laws and gives us a lot of problems. When we put together amendments of a similar nature, it becomes very easy. So, I commend the Government for that approach."
