    "content": "At the outset, I support the Bill. It is going to be a game changer especially for people who participate in tenders and those engaged in the construction industry. As it is known in this country, before this law, I am sure electronic documents were not accepted. It has been very difficult for Kenyans especially when they are tendering because even filling the business questionnaire can take a very long time and many Kenyans have lost tenders just because of wasting a lot of time and being late in submission of the tender documents."
