"content": "Another good thing about this law is the submission of survey documents. Survey and some architectural drawings are very bulky. In the past, as an architect or a surveyor, the Ministry of Public Works would not accept documents submitted electronically. We have changed. The Government has been lagging behind. For those who work in the construction industry, it is well know that an architect and an engineer can exchange various documents but, when it comes to Government jobs, it is not allowed.
