    "content": "The Business Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2019 comes at a time when there has been consistent emphasis on improvement of conditions for doing business in our country. A lot of emphasis has gone to foreign investment and investors in various fields. What this Bill should do is to enable all those would be investors who intend to do business in our country, both locals and foreigners, to have good environment or good business conditions that would help them to realise what they envisage."
