    "content": "I have been waiting for a Huduma Card for a long time. I was one of those who felt that Huduma Card would be one of the most forward-looking approaches that we could have. It has not come out yet. The moment Huduma Cards come out and we make everything electronic, it will be a great thing. In Denmark, the moment you are born, you are given a number that you will have until you die. That allows you to register so many things quickly. What we need to do with the 40 million Kenyans that we have is to make sure our ease of doing business is improved. It is much better now, but it can be improved greatly."
