    "content": "If we curb corruption, we will have enough money for the people suffering from diabetes or other ailments because they cannot afford medical care. For the people who come from the high end of the society, diabetes is not an issue in terms of medication, but it affects majority of Kenyans living below the poverty line. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I hope you will commit this to the Senate Committee on Health. When that is done, we want our colleagues in that committee to ensure that the Government comes up with a policy, so that people who are suffering from--- It is a lifelong disease anyway. People with diabetes have no option but to live on medication."
