Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do acknowledge the very satisfactory reply that has been given by the Assistant Minister on the utilization of these funds that are to be released. However, my concern would be to ask him to indicate to this House the very clear steps the Ministry is taking with the CoE to make sure that these funds go to all the corners of this nation to make sure that the debts are cleared and the rest of the money goes to the intended use in terms of providing civic education as clearly indicated by the Minister?"
