    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to join you in welcoming the students from the Alliance High School as well as Zetech University. My advice to the students is that the sky is the limit. The Alliance High School is known for its good performance. Many prominent people in this country went to Alliance High School. The Alumni of Alliance High School proudly refer to the school as Alliance High School and not Alliance Boys. May the students take that pride and ensure that they perform well. Secondly, I would like to support the Statement by Sen. Mwaruma, the Senator for Taita-Taveta County on the fact that we do not have enough special schools. Most of the special schools in the country cater for the deaf and the blind. However, there are so many other students who have different forms of disabilities. The students with disabilities go through a lot of difficulties as they aspire to get education. The Ministry of Education should have proper data on all the special schools. Apart from getting the number of special needs institutions that we have, it is also important to get the right teachers for the different needs as well as establish the spread across the nation. We should ensure that each and every student who suffers any form of disability is taken care of. Understaffing in the special schools does not only affect the schools for the deaf and blind in Taita-Taveta County but---"
