"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving the opportunity to give my contribution to Sen. Mwaruma’s Statement. Although students from Alliance Boys High School have left, I also welcome them in absentia. I am an alumnus of the school and it is a good school. I am happy that they have also come here to learn what we do. It was a great school but I do not want to speak much about it because they are absent. It taught us many things and discipline and it has produced technocrats and leaders in this country. What Sen. Mwaruma has brought by way of Statement is something that is deserving of our consideration. God gives life and decides whether you have special needs or sufficient ability to be on your own except for God’s support. Those with the ability and resources to run the nation are also under a duty to look after other people who have special needs. They have to do it because all the available resources belong to God.
