    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we urge the Inspector General (IG) of Police and other stakeholders to arrest these individuals, make them face the law and undergo judicial processes. Let us not take life because under Article 26 of the Constitution, the right to life is very important. I assure Members that, as a Committee, we are on top of things. As I conclude, this Report will not be sufficient because the matter looks more dangerous and lethal. What will resolve this issue of extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances in this country is to form a commission of inquiry to look into it."
