    "content": "As I speak, yesterday and the day before, in Ruiru, Kiambu County, there was a demonstration because we have one of our young men who was a boda boda rider who is missing. The practice has been most of the time that when somebody goes missing, the next time there will be a message saying: “Go and look for that person somewhere in a mortuary.” I have firsthand experience in this. You will be instructed to go and look around in hospitals if you are the parent. If you do not find them in a hospital, you will go back to the police station and be told to go back and search in the mortuary. As you go around, you will be directed further to go to the City Mortuary itself and alas! You will find your son there with either bullet wounds or if not, clubbed or bludgeoned to death."
