    "content": "The law is clear. If there is a menacing criminal, the police are legally allowed to use a firearm to disarm and disable, but not to kill. The Chairperson will have to ask the Inspector-General of Police to give him a catalogue of how many suspected criminals have been shot to disarm and disable. Police cannot possibly shoot a person to disarm and disable by aiming at the head or heart. That is not disarming and disabling."
