    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise to make a few comments on this report that has been tabled by the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights. I would like to congratulate our Chairperson who has done a lot of work to ensure that this report was done with speed given the sensitive nature of the statement that was sought by the Senator for Nairobi County, Sen. Sakaja. I sat in the Committee meetings as different stakeholders made their presentations. We heard from the human rights and civil society organizations as well as IPOA. It was quite shocking to hear the situation on the ground on extra-judicial killings and enforced disappearances.
