Speaker, this is the Committee that you chair and I am sure Members are aware that they have done a commendable job. The attendance to the Committee can be provided by the Director of Committees and the Whips. The Members have been diligent in their duties. The main function of this Committee is to inquire into the conduct of Members whose conduct is alleged to constitute a breach of privileges given to them by the Legislature.
