As I was mentioning, the Committee notes with concern that key projects under the Big Four Agenda appear to be implemented, but in a very slow pace. If we had that implementation matrix, the Chairs and Departmental Committees would be able to track how well those projects are being implemented. This slow implementation, therefore, may not allow Government to be able to complete the projects within the timeframe provided."
