Members, before I allow further debate, the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee has given an indication when he was moving this Motion that he would be moving some amendments. So that we do not debate without knowing the actual figures, I will allow the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to move his proposed amendments so that further contributions will be based on what you would have resolved. This touches on the figures to the Parliamentary Service Commission and the Judiciary. I have heard the leader of the Majority party mention a figure that is not in the original Motion. It is in the proposed amendments which the House has not approved. The best thing is to allow the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to move the amendment then the contributions thereafter will be on the proposed amendments. You have to take a vote on that."
