    "content": "Just to summarise on the Big Four Agenda, I think it is important for us to relook at the targets that we set. In as much as they are legacy projects, let us see if there are any other investment options for the money of the Big Four projects where, in the short term, it will invigorate the economy. We cannot have a situation where we are waiting for the long-term while in the short-term, people are suffering. We are saying that the National Treasury should relook at all this and we can have a more candid discussion in the future. I have just highlighted some of the things that need to be relooked at, so we can move forward as one Kenya."
