    "content": "Generally, the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), has done well since June last year. They had a total of Kshs255 million pending bills. As at December last year, following the instructions from the President, they paid some and are now remaining with about Kshs71 million, which we believe they will have cleared by the end of this financial year."
