    "content": "The locust menace right now is a disaster because we are unable to manage it. We know it will have a big dent on agriculture. Right now, farmers are reeling from the effects of the locusts. If we have such a problem right now, how are we prepared in the BPS? I hear they want to take Kshs3 billion for going around and distributing projects for themselves. But they have not looked at how to plug the hole that will arise because of the locust problem. How are they going to plug the hole in the economy in terms of revenues and job loses that will come because of the two disasters the country is facing?"
