    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I see I am right on the wire. I rise to support the BPS under discussion. Even though I am in the Budget and Appropriations Committee, looking at the proposals that have come from the Government, I feel there is a lot of room for qualitative improvement. I just want to underscore what was already said by Hon. Baya on what has been the consistency between the last three BPSs and this one in respect of the overall goal o f the Agenda Four.
