    "content": "Somebody alluded to the fact that some of the economies that have grown rapidly, for instance, Singapore, do not have agriculture. So be it. City-states are different from normal countries. In normal countries, agriculture is very critical because it is the sector through which most Kenyans earn their income to pay fees for the initial training of manpower, medical expenses and transport. These families are largely found in the rural areas and they rely on agriculture."
