    "content": "I have to skip many things. The Committee has said that the benefits of growth are unequal. That is the special dimension of distribution of resources across the country. We are not talking about spreading everything equally, but at least being able to see pockets of activities in various parts of the country because we do not know where the next generation of high flyers is going to come from. That has been a weakness and it is still a major weakness."
