    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with due respect to the Assistant Minister, I find some of the statements the Government gives us here rather theoretical or not well researched. When we talk about inflation being at around five percent, and we find that the prices of essential commodities like foodstuffs, fuel and so on, are very high--- I do not know what measures the Assistant Minister is putting in place to ensure that what we talk about here trickles down. I still find that it is very difficult for the ordinary people to afford some of the foodstuffs and commodities. Could the Assistant Minister tell us what he will do across the board to ensure that we do not just talk about inflation of five percent when people cannot even afford fuel now? Prices are going up every day and he is fueling inflation. I do not know what inflation we are talking about when he is talking about five per cent!"
