Members, the delegation is in the country on a benchmarking visit to learn Kenya’s experience on the constitutional review process since Parliament of Uganda is considering a review of the country’s Constitution through a Bill sponsored by a private Member, Hon. Wilfred Niwagaba, MP, who is the Shadow Attorney-General and also part of the delegation visiting our Parliament. Hon.
