    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, even at the national Government level, appointment of Cabinet Secretaries, as we have been saying all the time, gender is an issue. The other day, the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) made it differently. The gender issue in the election of the LSK leadership became the main issue because more than two-thirds of women were elected. When we talk about the gender issue, people think that gender is about women. It is time men realised that gender is soon going to be about men. While we talk about the two-thirds gender rule and we hesitate to pass it, the LSK gave us a good example. It is time men in this House woke up to the matter because soon or later, it will affect everybody."
