Recently, we vetted a number of PSs and CSs and you could see there were men and women. The PSs equally have a bit of balance but we want this to be documented so that we have a point of reference and that audits can be conducted within certain intervals. People retire daily, change jobs, go into businesses, others leave the Civil Service to work for the United Nations (UN), others become Members of Parliament and so there is always hiring at all times. While others exit, others apply for jobs."
