    "content": "We need to establish the people who run the public service in this country. It has been established in many reports that, in every three appointments that are made in this country, two of them are from one ethnic group compared to the over 46 tribes in this country. This means that if they were to make 100 appointments, then most likely two-thirds of the appointments made would belong to one ethnic community. That is not the Kenya that we want to build. Inclusivity is a constitutional requirement and is part of the principles and values of public service. Inclusivity at any one given time must be given priority when you are making those appointments."
