    "content": "As a House, we would like to scrutinise appointments because we are an oversight authority. One of the line-one documents when it comes to oversight is the Constitution. What framework does the Constitution provide in terms of public service appointment? It says there must be inclusivity and this is the first criteria. When that Report comes and includes all the things Hon. Mwadime is suggesting, then we will argue with facts and say the public service is run in a way that denies other communities an opportunity."
