    "content": "The issue of unemployment amongst the youth is the greatest threat we have but because of lack of equity in terms of employment, the youth are despondent. They do not feel that if jobs are advertised and they apply and there is nobody as they say to hold their hands, they will get that job. I have had experience where a youth tells you, “ Mheshimiwa, I am not applying because even if I apply, I will not get it unless you help me”. When we reach that point where people do not even try, the country is dead. When we pass this Bill and we have those annual audits and we act on the audits, it will go a long way in helping the situation."
