    "content": "I want to start by thanking the public service and the public servants of this country especially the teachers, police, chiefs, et cetera, who are really dedicated to the service of this country under very difficult conditions. The issue about Public Service (Values and Principles) Act entails high standards of professionalism and ethical values. Indeed, if all these values, as it is enshrined in the Constitution, are upheld, we will not have the need to talk about amending this Bill."
