    "content": "We are talking about inclusivity and some people here talk about one kilometre one vote. We are supporting the BBI process because it is giving us a voice. Even if it will not go anywhere, at least it will give us an opportunity to speak. That is why some of us are saying, “one man, one vote, one shilling” because the issue of allocation of resources is not only about population. We have the land mass to talk about. We have issues of historical marginalisation. We cannot run away from that."
